I recently purchased flowers for a special occasion, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The order was ready on time, and the floral arrangement far exceeded my expectations. What made this experience truly exceptional was the personal touch from the owner. She called me personally to inform me that the flowers were ready and even went the extra mile to let me know she wouldn't be at the shop but arranged for a seamless pickup at the neighboring store. The level of customer service was outstanding, and I truly appreciated the effort to ensure a smooth transaction. I highly recommend this service and will definitely be a returning customer. Would have been a 5 star review because the speed, and beauty of the arrangement was amazing! However the delivery is where it fell off a bit, delivery driver did not follow instructions and flowers sat out in the rain and I added a 15% tip. That being said I will 100% use them again!
