We ordered flowers to be sent to our daughter. I had to call to check and see if they were delivered. The woman that answered stated they were delivered @1:12 by door dash. Got an email @6:40pm stating they were delivered well after the time the shop closed. Our daughter always reaches out when she receives the flowers and she did not and she confirmed she didn’t receive them. I sent an email to this flower shop and they never replied I had to call. The female that answered the phone offered a refund or for delivery to our daughter’s job and that she had to speak with her manager for approval. When she called back she stated that they were delivered to the address provided but they were not they were delivered to the business in front of the apartments. Google Maps is incorrect and they refused to give refund and they also stated they would deliver to her work for half price and delivery fees. So someone else got flowers. I will say they did make it right and our daughter loves the flowers they did a great job on the arrangement. Thank you Erica for listening and going above and beyond to make things right. It’s customer service like yours that helps this flower shop keep their customers. We truly appreciate your help.
